Funeral: A Memorial Mass will be celebrated 11 a.m. Saturday, May 7, at St. Augustine Catholic Church with Father Joe Fogal officiating.

Visitation: There will be a 4 p.m. CCW rosary on Friday at Mayer Funeral Home where friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. and one hour before the service at the church on Saturday. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Memorials: Memorials may be made to the Communications Center through the State Services for the Blind or Samaritan Bethany Heights.
