—Jayson Christopher Pomsyda, 18, of Austin. Convicted of second-degree burglary. Sentenced to five years’ supervised probation and issued stay of imposition. Must pay $1,000 in restitution. Offense date: April 3.
—Joaquin Santiago-Estrada, 34, of Albert Lea. Convicted of third-degree drug possession. Sentenced to 18 months in prison. Offense date: May 2.
—Kyler Michael Inez Morehouse, 21, of Austin. Convicted of fourth-degree assault of a peace officer and obstructing the legal process. Sentenced to two years’ supervised probation, 90 days in jail and fined $500. Offense date: June 4.
—The Herald publishes all gross misdemeanors and felonies in Mower County Court.
