The third of four suspects in a February home burglary in Austin is guilty.

Nestor Daniel Valle, 20, pleaded guilty Friday in Mower County Court to second-degree aggravated robbery, a felony. First-degree burglary with assault was dismissed.

Valle and the other men burglarized a home at the 400 block of Second Ave. SW on Feb. 26. Victims say the four men broke into the house, repeatedly punched and hit two girls younger than 18 and a 19-year-old man, and stole several cell phones and a 32-inch TV, according to the court complaints.
