Long-time county employees could soon be given incentives to step down.

The county board is expected to discuss an early retirement incentives program as a way to save money. It the incentive program passes, the county could look to replace employees at the top of the pay scale with entry-level employees.

The board will also set new values for tax forfeited properties after the board believed the values were set too high to sell.

The board meets at 8:30 a.m. in the county board room.
