If you’re looking for a fresh and healthy snack here is a fun class for you. This week we have a very special treat.

At 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Chris Von Arx and his children will be coming to do a salsa making class for us. For those of you that know Chris, you know he always makes it special.

Chris and his twin daughters Olivia and Maria will walk you through how to make garden fresh salsa, using fresh produce from the Senior Center garden. Next they will show you how to make homemade chips with several differ flavors. To top it all off while you enjoy eating this homemade treat Chris and his children will entertain us with their band.

The class and entertainment will be $3 for members and $5 for non-members of the Senior Center. To sign up for this stop by the front desk or call 433-2370 ext 0. See you there.
