Merlene Stiles is recruiting interested participants who want to be a part of the Minnesota Environmental Partnership’s Day at the Capitol.

MEP has chartered a coach bus to take participants from pickup points in Austin and Albert Lea to the State Capitol Monday, March 16. The Partnership’s mission is to strengthen the effectiveness of the Minnesota environmental community in protecting and enhancing the state’s natural resources. The MEP bus is slated to arrive at St. Paul at 9:45 a.m. with grassroots lobbying training at 11 a.m. from MEP’s Patience Caso.

Lunch will be served free of charge at 11:30 a.m. Anyone interested in participating in the Monday, March 16, MEP Day at the Capitol may call Stiles at (507) 355-1399.
