The Izaak Walton League will have its steak cookout fundraiser at 5:45 p.m. on Sept. 12 in Todd Park.

The menu includes a 10 ounce sirloin steak, a baked potato, coleslaw, a bun and vegetables.

The event is open to the public. Tickets are $12 and are available at the door.

Proceeds from the cookout will be used to sponsor the Austin High School Trap Club. The club is being formed in association with the Mower County Pheasants and Habitat Forever organization, other local conservation organizations and private donors.
