ROCHESTER — The Austin girls soccer team made a late push, but it couldn’t finish the job in a 2-1 loss at Rochester Mayo (2-3-1 overall, 2-0 Big Nine) Thursday.

The Packers (2-2 overall, 1-1 Big Nine) tied the game with 15 minutes remaining in the game when Hannah Voogd found Tori Grev on a crossing pass and Grev scored a goal.

Mayo scored the go-ahead goal in the last minute of regulation.
