Terrance “Casey’ Schroeder was born on March 9, 1932, in Tripoli, Wis., the son of Grace Kluxdal. As a young man he moved to the Chicago area where he spent most of his life. He married Sharon Nelson and to this union Ronald D., Sandra, L., Cheryl L. and Kelly A. were born. He was an entrepreneur, collecting things and having the keen ability to buy and sell them.

Casey moved to Albert Lea to be near family six years ago.
Terrance died at his home on Friday, May 20, 2011. He was 79.
He is survived by his children: Ronald D. (Sarah) Schroeder of Austin, Sandra L. (Robert) Kramer of Albert Lea, Cheryl L. (Bryan) Slay of Pingree Grove, Ill., and Kelly A. Schroeder of Pingree Grove, Ill.; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
