I’ve had terrible luck with Thursday night games and I don’t know if it’s the short week that messes things up or what. But I’m going to go out on a limb and pick the Titans due only to the fact that they’re playing at home on a Thursday.

The Falcons don’t lose a lot of games at home and the Raiders don’t win too many on the road.

Cincinnati at Cleveland

The Browns have shown the ability to hang into games and at some point they’ve got to hold on to one.

St. Louis at Miami

Each of these teams is much tougher at home than on the road.

Indianapolis at N.Y. Jets

Andrew Luck looks to be on his way to stardom as he made some unbelievable plays in an upset of the Packers. The Jets are struggling to score touchdowns and they’re also struggling to hear play calls over all the Tebow chants.

Detroit at Philadelphia

I don’t think this is Detroit’s year.

EAGLES 24, LIONS 13

Kansas City at Tampa Bay

In a matchup of underachievers, I’ll go with team whose fans didn’t cheer when it’s starting quarterback got injured last week.

Dallas at Baltimore

I don’t know if the Ravens are really as good as advertised. They struggled against the Browns and they barely beat the Chiefs last week.

COWBOYS 27, RAVENS 24

Buffalo at Arizona

I don’t like the Bills’ chances in Buffalo, much less on the west coast.

CARDINALS 28, BILLS 17

New England at Seattle

The Seahawks will frustrate Tom Brady with their defense, but Seattle’s offense just won’t be able to make enough plays.

N.Y. Giants at San Francisco

The Giants are always a better team on the road.

Minnesota at Washington

The Vikings could be headed for the playoffs this season.

Green Bay’s offense is shaky, its defense is struggling and it’s field goal kicking game fall apart last week. Not a good week for them to be playing an unbeaten team on the road.

TEXANS 34, PACKERS 20

Denver at San Diego

Peyton Manning has been good in fourth quarters, but I think that’s because teams are dropping their defenses back with big leads and his hitting a lot of throws underneath. Manning has yet to show that he can hit the deep ball.
