Donna Mae Yentsch, 86, died on Aug. 5, 2012, at Field Crest Care Center in Hayfield, Minn.

Donna Mae was born on July 13, 1926, the daughter of Arthur and Ruth (Grass) Vaith in Blooming Prairie, Minn. She was united in marriage to Ernest A. Yentsch on Sept. 19, 1947. In 1969, Donna and Ernest moved to Mesa, Ariz. In 1971, Donna and Ernest joined Butler Amusement in California as independent owner/operators. The couple spent their summers in Leech Lake, Minn., and winters in Apache Junction, Ariz.
Donna is survived by her children, Betty (Roger) Jacobson, Hayfield, Minn.; Thomas (Catharine) Yentsch, Apache Junction; Cherie (Sonny) Rhein, Coolidge, Ariz.; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and one brother, Ronald (Mary) Vaith, Owatonna, Minn.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Ernie in Jan. 1, 2010.
The memorial service for Donna Mae Yentsch will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012, at the First Presbyterian Church, 109 E Main St. in Hayfield, with the Rev. Charlie Talcott officiating. Visitation will be one hour before the service at the church. Inurnment was in Blooming Prairie Cemetery. Blessed be her memory.
