John James Mentz, 23, of Rochester. Convicted of malicious punishment of a child. Sentenced to 48 months in prison. Offense date: July 28, 2011.

Drew Mitchell Novak, 19, of Austin. Convicted of uttering or possessing counterfeit currency. Sentenced to one year of probation. Offense date: Feb. 18, 2012.

Agwak Othow Omot, 40, of Austin. Convicted of domestic assault. Sentenced to two years’ supervised probation and 40 hours of community service. Offense date: March 11, 2012.

Rory Dean Synoground, 42, of Austin. Convicted gross misdemeanor no proof of insurance. Sentenced to two years’ supervised probation and 60 days’ electronic home monitoring. Fined $310. Offense date: July 10, 2012.

Neal Scott Johnson, 46, of LeRoy. Convicted of second-degree criminal sexual conduct with victim younger than 16, multiple acts. Sentenced to 200 months in prison. Offense date: Jan. 1, 2005.

Joshua Logan Mallory, 22, of Grand Meadow. Convicted of fleeing an officer in a vehicle and DWI. Sentenced to three years’ supervised probation. Fined $500. Ordered to pay $2,178.32 in restitution. Offense date: May 19, 2012.

Juan Ramirez, 29, of Bayport, Minn. Convicted of aiding an offender. Sentenced to 21 months in prison. Offense date: Dec. 16, 2010.
