GRAND MEADOW — Grand Meadow quarterback Trenton Bleifus ran for three scores and threw three more as he led the Superlarks to a 40-8 win over No. 3 seeded Lanesboro (6-4 overall) in the Section 1 nine-man football semifinals in GM Friday.

GM (9-1 overall) out-gained the Burros 541 yards to 74 as they cruised to the victory.

Lanseboro took an 8-7 lead on a 23-yard run by Niko Anderson, but the Larks took over in the second quarter when Bleifus, who accounted for 357 total yards, scored three rushing TDs in the second quarter to put it away.

GM will play at top-seeded Spring Grove (10-0 overall) in the Section title game Friday at 7 p.m.
The Larks lost to the Lions 22-20 Oct. 12.
