Column raises questions

If I may ask a few questions on the column, “Choice may affect others” (Monday, Oct. 29), that purports that a homosexual lifestyle is a choice.
Do people consider it a choice because of free will? And if that is the case, then do animals have free will? There are species of animals that engage in homosexuality. Do we choose who we are attracted to, as it would suggest if we choose to be attracted to the same sex, and if so, then what are pheremones and the phenomenom called love at first sight? People spend way too much of their time trying to judge others instead of realizing that the principles of our country are not reflected in the things we are trying to do to limit others’ freedoms.
