Deashae Marie Tabor, 4 weeks, of Austin, Minn., died Dec. 21, 2012, at Mayo Clinic Health System in Austin.

Service: Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012, at the Worlein Funeral Home Chapel in Austin with Pastor Karen Behling officiating.

Visitation: Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Thursday.

Interment: Interment will follow the service at Oakwood Cemetery, Austin, Minn.
