Informative meeting to detail status of Mississippi River

People who want to know more about the status of the Mississippi river can found out facts Monday at an informative meeting from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Monday.
The program, “State of the River Report,” details the health of the Mississippi River in the Twin Cities metro area. There will be two speakers, Lark Weller from the National Park Service and Trevor Russell from Friends of the Mississippi River.
The program is free at the Jay C. Hormel Nature Center.
