Three parties are hoping the county board will approve conditional use permits, including one for a dog grooming business.

At Tuesday’s Mower County board meeting, the owners of Dawn’s Dog Grooming Salon in Dexter Township hope to have a conditional use permit approved for an area built onto a garage.

The board will also see a resolution for spring road restrictions. As frost melts each spring, the board determines the weight of vehicles on gravel roads.

It will also vote on the approval of payment to the City of LeRoy for a little more than $20,000 as a 10 percent match for the 2011 Assistance to Firefighters Grant program.

The meeting starts at 1 p.m. in the board room in the lower level of the Mower County Government Center.
