The Southeastern Minnesota Association of Regional Trails, which includes Mower County and provides a forum for trail-related discussions and recommendations, has announced its board of directors for 2013.

Elected president was Andru Peters, City Council, Lake City, Minn.; vice president, Susie Petersen, Albert Lea Convention Bureau; treasurer, Dick Leonard, Mantorville, Minn.; and Carlos Espinosa, secretary, assistant planner, Winona.
