ROSE CREEK — The Southland softball team let a bulk of errors catch up to it as it lost both games of a doubleheader by scores of 4-3 and 12-2 in six innings to Fillmore Central (7-2 overall, 6-2 Three Rivers) in Rose Creek Saturday.

Southland (3-9 overall, 2-8 Three Rivers) allowed 11 unearned runs in the losses.

Southland’s Sam Emanuel pitched the first game and allowed three hits, two walks and one earned while striking out 12 in seven innings and Southland’s Makayla Swenson allowed four hits, walked 13 and allowed four earned runs in the second game.
