ROCHESTER — The Hayfield baseball team blanked Schaeffer Academy (6-5 overall) 8-0 on the road Thursday.

Hayfield’s Cole Kruger led the game off with a homerun and JB Stackhouse added another homer as the Vikings (5-10 overall) rolled to the win.
