The Austin VFW will continue a tradition of classic rides this weekend.

Veterans will hold their eighth annual VFW Classic Car show at the Austin VFW, 300 Fourth Ave. NE, this Saturday.

Registration will be from 8 to 11:30 a.m., and the show will run from noon to 3 p.m. The first 75 registered cars will receive dash plaques. The entry fee is $10 and $5 for each additional car. The show includes a disc jockey, contests, a silent auction, raffles, food, prizes and is open to the public.
