The group performed with great acclaim last July at the Paramount Theatre. Their new album “When We Reach the City” brings listeners through the tides of relationship, heartbreak, up to self-fulfillment.

They are performing with the Twin Cities-based band Bella Ruse whose new album KUHZOO spent eight weeks on CMJ Radio Top 200.

Bella Ruse’s sound is described as a combination of airy folk and crunchy pop. Singer Kay Gillette’s antique voice and Joseph Baker’s mournful guitar is complemented by myriad instruments to create their unique sound, including typewriters, suitcase organ, glockenspiel, and kazoos.

The duo travels the country in a van powered by vegetable oil and have opened for Sarah McLachlan, Heart, and Kate Nash.

Austin Jaycee’s will also be at the event selling beverages.

Tickets for this event are $10 in advance and $12 at the door.

They can be purchased online at paramounttheatre.org.
