Cody Michael Granle, 18, of Austin. Convicted of second-degree burglary. Sentenced to 10 years’ supervised probation and 80 hours of community service. Offense date: Jan. 9.

Jesse Allen Helgeson, 27, of Kenyon, Minn. Convicted of first-degree burglary and second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon. Sentenced to 78 months in prison (currently serving 113 months for another case). Offense date: Jan. 6, 2012.

Kandyce Kristen Keeler, 29, of Mankato. Convicted of check forgery. Sentenced to five years’ supervised probation and must pay $747 in restitution. Offense date: June 5, 2012.

Duane Lee Ryks, 39, of Rose Creek. Convicted of domestic assault. Sentenced to two years’ supervised probation and 50 hours of community service. Offense date: Oct. 13, 2012.

James Edward Wade, 43, of Austin. Convicted of DWI test refusal. Sentenced to seven years’ supervised probation, 30 days’ electronic home monitoring and 80 hours of community service. Offense date: Jan. 27.

David Jarron Young, 21, of Mankato. Convicted of second-degree burglary. Sentenced to 80 hours’ community service and five years’ supervised probation. Fined $900. Offense date: March 23

Kevin Manly Spinler, 35, of Grand Meadow. Convicted of terroristic threats. Sentenced to five years’ supervised probation. Fined $400. Offense date: Aug. 12, 2012.
