The Albert Lea/Austin Legion team cruised past the Rochester A’s Thursday night with an 18-8 win.

Marcus Stoulil went the distance giving up 11 hits and eight runs, all earned, while striking out 5 and walking three. At the plate Stoulil had two hits including a homerun and two RBI’s.

Gabe Kasak had three hits and four RBIs. Jacob Kempen also had four RBIS off two hits.

“After they scored two in the top of the first, we proceeded to score 14 unanswered runs,” said coach Bob Stratton. “I was pretty happy with that.”

A/AL is now 5-6.
