After months of contacting alumni and preparing for the big event, the Pacelli Catholic School’s 100 Year Committee’s work has finally paid off.

The 100th year anniversary weekend is set to kick off 9 a.m., Friday, Aug. 23. with mass at St. Augustine’s.

Festivities include a Pacelli open house, class photos and an all-school Mass. Many of the events at the Austin ArtWorks Festival coincide with the Pacelli reunion schedule. The school helped organize and sponsor a headliner concert at Marcusen Park featuring performances by Martin Zellar and Cloud Cult. On the same night, there will be a raffle drawing, with big ticket items such as a 2013 black Dodge Avenger and five cash prizes of $1,000.
