The Austin Daily Herald will launch a quick and easy way for readers to get comprehensive coverage of area football games.

Starting this Saturday morning, subscribers of the Austin Daily Herald’s e-news will receive an email in their inbox with scores and details from the Austin Packers Friday-night games, along with plenty of extra area games, including Grand Meadow, Blooming Prairie, Southland, Hayfield, Le Roy and more.

Those who already subscribe to the Herald’s regular e-news that sends midday Monday through Friday will automatically receive this new email each Saturday. For those who are not subscribed but would like to receive it, simply go to austindailyherald.com and click on “get free news emails” at the top of the homepage.
