As the last few days before the Nov. 4, election come to a close, we ask that you consider Dan Vermilyea as the best choice to fill the District 1 County Commissioners seat.

Dan has the experience to represent both the residential and rural areas of Mower County. He has lived in Lansing Township for 30 years and he owns and operates his own business. He has been a tireless 4-H leader and an Extension Committee member for 11 years. He was appointed to this seat by the County Commissioners, they feel he has what it takes. He has their confidence.

The people of District 1 need his voice of experience, not only for the urban residents, but the rural residents as well. In these times of rapidly changing agricultural practices he is needed more than ever. Feedlot issues have caused heartache and hard feeling between friends and even families. Dan knows feedlots. The good, the bad, the truly ugly. He will help on both sides of the issue, and if he doesn’t have an answer to question asked, he will find the answer. He is a man with integrity who believes honesty is always the best policy. Please consider a vote for Dan the best way to make that vote count. That is what we will be doing.
