A flag retirement ceremony will be held Veterans Day, Tuesday, Nov. 11.

Worn, torn or damaged flags should be brought to Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 1216 by Monday, Nov. 10 so they can be prepared for retirement. Flag-owners may also call 438-4880 for pick-up by local Cub Scouts. Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts will be participating in the flag retirement ceremony beginning at 3 p.m. Nov. 11.
