Austin police arrested two men at about 9 p.m. Wednesday after residents reported suspicious drug-related activity in the parking lot near Papa Murphy’s on Oakland Avenue West and Fourth Street Southwest.

Police Chief Brian Krueger said a 19-year-old and a 20-year-old were arrested for drug-related offenses once police arrived and found the 19-year-old, who had two active Mower County warrants for a felony violation order and criminal damage to property. In addition, police found a small amount of LSD on the 19-year-old.

The 20-year-old was arrested for possessing drug paraphernalia. Both were taken to the Mower County jail.
