The Austin ArtWorks Festival came back in full force for its third year, and awards have been handed out.

The student award winner for the Austin ArtWorks Festival was Cassie Gordon, a junior at Austin High School. Cassie won for her pencil drawing of a lion.

She will receive her $100 prize at the art assembly in the spring at Austin High School. Andrew Baker was the first recipient of this award at the 2013 Austin ArtWorks Festival.
