Janet (Unverzagt) Koch, 69, of Lyle, Minnesota, passed away Monday, Oct. 6, 2014, at Koda Living Community in Owatonna, Minnesota, with her family at her side.

Service: Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 12, 2014, at the Worlein Funeral Home Chapel in Austin with the Rev. Jonathan Unverzagt officiating.

Visitation: Visitation will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. immediately preceding the service.

Interment: Interment will be in St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery, Prior Lake, Minnesota, on Monday.

Funeral Home: Services prearranged and performed by Worlein Funeral Home of Austin.
