The World Organization of China Painters is presenting the first, four-state regional convention, Oct. 16-18 at the Holiday Inn Conference Center in Austin.

This free convention is for people living in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin. The convention centers around porcelain painting and is free to the public. The show will host competition of hand painted porcelain, raffles, demonstrations and vendors from many different states. There will be pieces for display and for sale.
