The Minnesota Wild reassigned former Austin Bruin Christian Folin to the it’s American Hockey League affiliate, the Iowa Wild on Friday.

Folin skated in eight games with Minnesota this season and averaged 14:10 in TOI/game. The 6-foot-3, 214-pound native of Gothenburg, Sweden, made his NHL debut on April 10, 2014, against St. Louis and recorded an assist. The 23-year-old owns one assist and seven PIM in nine NHL contests. Folin was signed as a free agent on March 31, 2014.
