The Hayfield girls basketball team beat Triton (1-6 overall, 0-4 HVL) 65-40 in Triton Tuesday.

Bhrett Zahnle had 14 points for the Vikings (4-2 overall, 2-1 HVL) and freshman Olivia Matti added 11 points.

“We were able to attack the basket a little more in the second half and create some easy opportunities,” Hayfield head coach Fred Kindschy said.
