Blooming Prairie boys basketball team downs WEM

The Blooming Prairie boys basketball team beat Waterville-Elysian-Morristown (11-6 overall, 4-3 Gopher) in Waterville Friday.
John Rumpza had 25 points, 14 rebounds and three assists for BP (9-7 overall, 3-5 Gopher).
BP had lost the Bucs 75-63 earlier this season, but it jumped out to a 35-16 halftime lead Friday.
“The team defensive efforts of everyone was really the difference in the game as our rotations and communication were fantastic,” BP head coach John Bruns said.
