The GMLOKS wrestling team advanced five wrestlers to the Section 1AA semifinals in Mayo Civic Center in Rochester Friday.

The semifinals and finals will be held Saturday.

GMLOKS sophomore Brenn Olson, who is 24-5 at 120, beat Josh Doerr of Rushford-Peterson and Olson will face Cade King of Waseca in the semifinals.

GMLOKS junior Parker Hale, who is 30-3 at 152, beat Brody Boran of WEMJWP 13-9 and he will face Frankie Wingert of PEM in the semifinals.

GMLOKS senior Sam Roe, who is 23-8 at 182, beat Cody Rain of LARP 15-0 and will face Tim Christianson of Albert Lea in the semifinals.

GMLOKS senior Wyatt Richardson, who is 31-0 at 195, beat Adam Gehling of Stewartville 1-0 and he will face Andrew Knapczyk of LARP in the semifinals.

GMLOKS sophomore Blake Benson, who is 28-2 at 285, pinned Noah Yeadon of Byron and he will face Easton Schuch of WEMJWP in the semifinals.
