DULUTH TOWNSHIP — A father and son have been charged after police discovered a $100,000 marijuana-growing operation in Duluth Township last month.
Roger Crandall, 57, and Joshua Crandall, 26, are charged with fifth-degree sale of marijuana and fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance.
Duluth Township police officers executed a search warrant at a trailer home March 19 and discovered 77 marijuana plants.
Police say they also found thousands of dollars’ worth of growing equipment, including lights, climate control devices and video monitoring equipment. They say six pounds packaged for sale and several hundred dollars in proceeds from previous sales were seized.
