Wesley Paddack, 68, of Austin, Minnesota, died Friday, April 24, 2015, at Mayo Clinic Health System – Albert Lea.
Wesley was born on June 28, 1946, in Highland Park, Illinois, to William LeRoy and Rose (Soefker) Paddack. He grew up in Libertyville, Illinois, and served in the U.S. Marines from 1964 to 1970. Wes worked as an auto mechanic. He was married to Bonnie Kay Lambertson on Feb. 14, 1995, in Austin, Minnesota, at the Mower County Courthouse. Wes enjoyed fishing, camping and going to the Moose Club for dinners and family events.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers: Warren and Ron Paddack.
Wesley is survived by his wife, Bonnie Paddack, Austin, Minnesota; children: Matthew Kelly, Springfield, Oregon, Richard Kelly, Springfield, Oregon, Cecila Lambertson, Austin, Minnesota, Sophie Wiuff, Austin, Minnesota, Jennifer (Logan Rinaldi) Zvara, Austin, Minnesota, and Lacy (Tony) Aarsvold, Austin, Minnesota; 10 grandchildren; brothers: Dale (Jeannette) Paddack, Hayden Lake, Idaho, Gerry Paddack, Chicago, Illinois; Gene Paddack, New York, sister: Doris Paddack, Springfield, Oregon; nieces and nephews.
There will be a memorial gathering held from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 3, at the Moose Lodge, 208 South Main St. Austin, MN. Clasen-Jordan Mortuary is assisting with arrangements.
