The Blooming Prairie boys cross country team won its second straight meet for the first time in 12 years and the girls took fourth out of eight teams in New Richland Tuesday.

Jake Elwood took seventh and Tim Boecker was 10th for BP, and it had four runners in the top 20.

For the girls, Tricia DeBoer had her best race of the year by taking 11th.
