The class of 1980 of Austin High School and Pacelli Catholic Schools will hold its 35th reunion Aug. 22 at the Holiday Inn of Austin.

This will be the sixth time and organizers look forward to a fun night reminiscing with old friends and classmates. They hope for a great turnout and everyone in the class is welcome even if they did not pre-register. There will be plenty of food and drink for all. There will also be an informal gathering on Friday night at the B & J.

There will be a 10 a.m. tour of Austin High School that will meet in the lobby, a 1 p.m. golf event at the Austin Country Club, and at 6 p.m. the party will start with registration. At 7 p.m. there will be an appetizer buffet, a program and music. The cost will be $35 per person or $60 per couple. People can mail checks to: Jeff Austin, 1008 Sixth Ave. NW, Austin, MN 55912.

Class of ‘95 meeting in October

The Austin High School Class of 1995 will hold its 20th class reunion at the Eagles on Oct. 3. The weekend will also have two opportunities for families to participate. Friday evening there will be a chance to attend the homecoming football game and there will be a gathering at Dusty’s following the game. On Saturday, there will be a get-together at the Brownsdale Rohler Rink with the family from 1 to 4 p.m., and Saturday evening there will be an adults-only get together at the Eagles at 6:30 p.m.
