The Grand Meadow football team opened with some big defensive plays and it went on to cruise past Randolph (1-1 overall) 36-6 in GM Friday.

GM (2-0 overall) scored on a blocked punt early in the first quarter and Brenn Olson picked off a pass and ran it back for a touchdown to put the Superlarks up 16-0.

Michael Stejskal added two rushing TDs in the second quarter and it led 30-0 at the half.
