A 20 year-old woman pleaded guilty Monday to allegedly exchanging nude photos with a victim under 13 years old.

Courtney Waters of Sargeant was charged in August 2014 with second-degree criminal sexual conduct and distributing electronic communications concerning sexual conduct to a child. She pleaded guilty to distributing electronic communications Monday as part of a plea agreement.

According to a criminal complaint, the victim’s parents discovered graphic photos on the victim’s iPod and graphic texts on the victim’s phone.

Deputies arrested Waters at a relative’s home in Dodge County. Waters initially denied sending the victim photos and messages, but later admitted she sent them because she was not on her medication. She also allegedly admitted to inappropriately touching the victim.
