The No. 3 seeded Blooming Prairie football team cruised past United South Central (4-5 overall) 34-6 in the Section 1A quarterfinals in BP Wednesday.
Blooming Prairie sophomore Lucas Noble threw for 215 yards and a pair of TDs and freshman Seth Peterson threw for 127 yards and two TDs in relief.

The Awesome Blossoms (7-2 overall) will play at No. 2 Faribault Bethlehem Academy 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Section 1A semifinals.
