Bruins use big third period to get past Coulee Region

The Austin Bruins topped Coulee Region (8-12 overall) on all eight of its power plays as it won 4-1 on the road Wednesday.
The Bruins (13-10-1 overall) took over the game when it scored three goals in the second period. Gilbert Gabor scored two goals in the second period for Austin and Evan Cholak scored to make it 4-1.
Anoka native Robbie Goor made his debut in net for the Austin Bruins as he recently joined the team from Granite City of the NA3HL. Goor stopped 25 shots to get the win.
