A noise complaint led to 10 citations for minor consumption early Sunday morning.

Officers responded to a noise complaint at the 1700 block of Third Avenue Northeast around 2:30 a.m. Sunday, according to Police Chief Brian Krueger. The report led to a 19-year-old cited for a social host violation, as well as a minor consumption violation; an 18-year-old cited for giving officers a false name, as well as a minor consumption violation; and a total of 10 minor consumption violations.

The 19-year-old was a resident of the home.
