Helen (Ingersoll) Kamp, 58, of Austin, Minnesota, died Friday, Dec. 25, 2015, at her home.

Helen Marie was born Nov. 11, 1957, in Austin, Minnesota, to Ivan and Lois (Long) Ingersoll. She graduated in 1978 from Austin High School and went on to attend Riverland Community College in Austin. Over the years Helen worked as a home health care provider for many Austin area residents. She was a long-time member of Crane Community Chapel in Austin. Helen treasured time spent with family and friends, and dearly loved her cat, “Tuffy.”

Helen is survived by her siblings: Mary Ingersoll of Austin, Minnesota, Charlene “Charlie” Shipp and Mark Buff of St. Louis, Missouri, and Tony (DiAnn) Ingersoll of Dodge Center, Minnesota; by several nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ivan and Lois Ingersoll; her sister Marlene; and brother Larry.

Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2015, at Crane Community Chapel with Pastor Dale Christiansen officiating. Interment will be in Grandview Cemetery at a later date. The Ingersoll Family will greet friends on Tuesday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. prior to the service at church. Services prearranged and performed by the Worlein Funeral Home.
