Letter: Filling out the baskets; Still time to donate to flower program

Thank you to all of you who have already donated to our Flower Baskets, pots and beds for the summer of 2016!
As of Wednesday, we have received $34,775 — $10,000 from the city of Austin, $10,000 from Hormel Foods Corp. and $14,755 from individual donors and businesses. This leaves us $5,245 short of our $40,000 goal.
