Both were awaiting formal charges as of Monday morning.

Dorenzo pleaded not guilty in Mower County court on Dec. 10, 2015, to simple robbery and aggravated robbery, both felonies.

Those charges stem from a Nov. 25, 2015 incident where Apollo clerks reported four men fled the store at 903 W. Oakland Ave. in Austin without paying for four bottles of cognac valued at about $204 after shoving a clerk, who hurt his back, according to a police report.

Levell Devell Booth, 22, Leonard Lamar Booth, 24, and Treshawn Shane Johnson, 19, were also charged in the Nov. 25, 2015, incident.

Dorenzo is scheduled to appear in Mower County court on April 14 for a pre-trial ahead of an April 25 trial.
