An Adams man was injured Saturday morning in a single-vehicle rollover on Interstate 90 in Freeborn County.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a 2003 Chevy Venture driven by Nyachieng R. Rolkier, 45, was heading west on Interstate 90, east of Hayward, when it lost control and rolled into the north ditch.

Rolkier and Kuany W. Machar, 48, of St. Joseph, Missouri, a passenger in the van, were transported to Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea with injuries deemed not-life threatening.

Roads were icy at the time of the crash.

Machar was reportedly not wearing a seatbelt. It was unknown whether Rolkier was wearing a seatbelt.

Alcohol was reportedly not a factor.
