SARTELL — Authorities say a man on a bike has died after he was hit by a car in Sartell.

The St. Cloud Times reports the crash happened Tuesday morning. Minnesota State Patrol Lt. Brad Ouart says a man was traveling across Minnesota Highway 15 on a bicycle when he was struck by a car. The man on the bicycle died at the scene.

Ouart says alcohol isn’t suspected to be a factor in the crash. Ouart says the car’s driver was cooperative with police, but it hasn’t been determined whether citations or charges would be filed.
